Instructions: Just plug in the charging cable into the LED hat to charge it up. This LED hat is manual control with 3 buttons to control and program your hat.

To Program a Message:
– Charge the hat with the included USB cable.
– Hold down the A Button for more than 2 seconds to turn the hat on. (and to turn off again)
– Then Press the C Button “M1” will appear – which stands for “Message One”. This is the first message slot.
Press C again and “M2” will appear, which is the second message slot. Press C again and you will continue moving through the message slots.
